Robeco Clarete is a multifaceted business leader, sustainability engineer and a heartful entrepreneur, he has carved a niche across diverse domains and industries. As Vice President of Paracale Gold Corp (PGC), he spearheads our sustainable mining initiatives, channelling two decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and corporate leadership into progressive environmental stewardship.

He began his career 20 years ago as a Lab Technician for one of the world's leading mining inspection, verification, and certification companies, performing screening of geological materials to provide analysis of mineral samples from exploration firms & mining companies around the world laying a solid foundation for his future endeavours. His trajectory propelled him to careers in manufacturing, engineering and product development, leading technical engineering and project management teams responsible for designing solutions and guidelines that underpin high-efficiency design and sustainable operations. With forward-thinking strategies and ethical leadership, his mission is to continue to inspire his team and elevate PGC's standing as a paradigm of sustainable and socially responsible mining on the global stage.
Beyond his business endeavours, he is a community builder, fostering community sports, arts and culture with global aspirations. His blend of innovation, community activism, and environmental responsibility makes him a leader transforming industry norms and nurturing future generations.
